I fit a larger Machine into my manufacturing facility? Answer: In many cases machines will not fit! But, in some cases machines are special built to fit into a building or building opening area. 3 What is the cost of operating this piece of machinery, per year?
Answer: We can tell you basic costs depending what machine, how
many heads, needed through put, etc. 4
What are the Other up front costs of getting into the CNC operating
business? Answer: Up Front costs are much the same for many machines.
Our representatives can offer you very close data on these and other costs. 5
How much experience/knowledge/education is needed to operate a CNC
machine? Answer: These are attributes that always help the learning cycle of a
CNC machine. But, depending one what you are doing and what machine it is,
ramp up may be shorter than you think. 6
Do they make special CNC machines for my job? It is different! Answer: We make special CNC machines for most every job you can
imagine! Our
people can offer you thoughts, costs and justifications on these
machines. We have worked with many over the years. 7
Can I hire someone to help me justify the cost and payback of a CNC machine in my operation? Answer: Yes, in some instances we offer consulting services to our
customers. This often utilized in a heavy change situation or new business start ups. 8
Will someone help me with paper work relating to manufacturing
justification with funding source,
or other? Answer: Yes, We can respond as reasonably needed to help you justify
your machine to your bank, yourself, your Board of Directors, etc.

How accurate is the machine?
What accuracy is needed? Answer: Most CNC machines are very Accurate. Sometimes the work being accomplished or how the work is being done may make a difference but not often.
You have to tell our representative what demands are being made of the
product up front. We then can
have the machine manufactured to your needs. 10
What size work tables do I need?
How many? Answer: Time studies and justification number will tell us a lot
about the machine size and number of tables. Tables
more often are governed by the size of the raw
material or work coming off the table. 11 What about the work envelope? How large? Answer:
This depends on the size of the work to be performed and the
size/s of the original material to
be utilized. Different machines require much larger stroke envelopes.

How many Axes do I need to make this machine do what I want it to do? Answer: Let our sales representative work with you on this.
Sometimes a small machine will work but a larger more complicated machine will give a much
quicker pay back to the customer. 13
How long will it take to get a new CNC machine installed in my Plant? Answer: This depends on the type of machine, the time of year the
machine is ordered and the size and weight of the machine itself.
But normally about 120 days. |
